Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for supporting my art! I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, I’m here to help.
Returns Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To begin the return process, please contact me at scott@scottsandlanartist.co.uk with your order details.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition and undamaged.

It must be returned in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Where to Send Returns
Once your return request is approved, I’ll send you the return address and further instructions. A return shipping label will be provided if applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please email me as soon as possible with photos of the issue. I’ll do my best to make things right.
Exchanges
I don’t offer direct exchanges, but you’re welcome to return an item (if eligible) and place a new order for a different piece.
EU Customers – 14-Day Right to Cancel
If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason. As with other returns, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and card companies may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact me.
